in 1969. The Northland Corporation is responsible for developing
10 industrial parks and 3 shopping centers, primarily in Elkhart
County. Total land development, prior to the commencement of the
Elkhart East Business Community, is in excess of 2,000 acres. We're committed to creating the master-planned business park of the future--a business
community that is innovative in concept, design, and construction. And--by administering
the project from start to finish--we help minimize costs, maximize value, meet critical

of real estate experience, 80 years of construction experience, and 150
